Refund Policy

1. Refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to individual works and to the first period of an edition subscription.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or write to us at legal@dss-platform.com and we will pass the request on.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
