What is a Documentary System?
A Documentary System is the structured whole formed by an organisation's documents, their relations, their rules of production and their governance. Documentary Systems Science studies that whole as an object in its own right, instead of treating documents as isolated files. The platform is therefore neither a document management system, nor enterprise search, nor a legal AI assistant: it reconstructs, constructs, analyses and governs the architecture itself, with explainable artificial intelligence.
What are Method A and Method B?
Method A is Documentary Reconstruction: it rebuilds the architecture of an existing documentary corpus, making its structure, rules and gaps explicit. Method B is Documentary Construction: it designs and governs a new documentary system from the ground up. Both methods run inside the platform workspace and are unlocked by an active edition subscription.
Which edition should I choose?
Professional is for individual practitioners and small firms. Enterprise is for organisations running governed documentary operations. Sovereign is for governments and sovereign institutions. Research is for research institutions and academic programmes. All four editions unlock Methods A and B, and each adds the modules of its own scope.
How can I access the works, and in which languages?
Every work is published in six languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Arabic and Chinese. The preface of each work is free to read and to listen to, with no account. A purchase — a single work or the complete collection — grants permanent access in all six languages: online reading, PDF download for printing, and audio narration with a female or male voice.
